NOVAPREP ® NPS 25 began testing in the Siberian District Medical Center. A modern and highly efficient method of cytology for the diagnosis of cervical cancer.
Using NOVAPREP ® NPS 25 allows for the automated process of preparing samples. This lets the user obtain high quality, thin, standardized cytological samples, the staining of which is also carried out automatically on Sakura equipment. Using modern automated equipment enhances the effectiveness of the study (by 40%) and the reliability of the results. It also reduces the false-negative results.
As of now this technique is innovative in Russia and applied only in Novosibirsk at the Siberian District Medical Center. In Moscow recently, it was also successfully implemented in the Laboratory of Clinical Cytology, the leading cancer center in Russia.
