The II National Conference "Intracellular signaling, transport, cytoskeleton" was held from 20^th to 22^nd of October 2015, in the Institute of Cytology (St. Petersburg) supporting of the Scientific Council of Cell Biology and Immunology, Cytology Institute Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Society of Cell Biology.

The conference brought together more than 100 leading experts in cell and molecular biology, as well as young scientists from different cities of Russia.

The business program included plenary presentations, poster presentations and round table discussions on the following main issues:

• intracellular signaling mechanisms;
• ion channels role in the regulation of cell functions;
• regulation mechanisms of vesicular transport;
• cytoskeleton, its role in the intracellular processes integration.

This system is the best solution to display the cell samples using three channels of fluorescence and possible subsequent analysis of the images. Feature of ZOE^tm design is that the system allows fluorescence imaging without using of a dark room on the specialist workplace.
