BioVitrum has made one more step in the export policy development. August 29-31, the company participated in the international exhibition Medical Fair Asia 2018 in Singapore. Our company presented its own advanced developments in the field of laboratory diagnostics.

About the exhibition

Medical Fair Asia is the most significant exhibition of medical, diagnostic and rehabilitation equipment and technologies in the Asian region. It has been held since 1997, and each time the number of participants and involved countries is growing. This year, delegations from Russia, Spain, Belgium, Brazil, the Netherlands, Qatar and the Philippines came to Singapore for the first time.

Participants in Medical Fair Asia are the largest manufacturers and suppliers. They pay great attention to innovative methods and modern technologies. Totally - 1,220 participants from 62 countries. The number of visitors this year exceeded 15,000 visitors from all over the world.

Medical Fair Asia gathered specialists from different fields of medicine. Among them are manufacturers of geriatric equipment, medical 3D printers and others. A special place was taken by developments in the field of micro- and nanotechnology. Special pavilion at the exhibition was provided for medical start-ups.

BioVitrum: unique technologies from Russia

The company BioVitrum presented its own developments in Singapore. Among them, consumables and reagents for histology: histological paraffin Histomix, kits of dyes for routine and special staining, reagents for fixation and wiring.

A wide range of products, different types of packaging, strict quality control and well-established internal production processes allow the company to put its products on a par with foreign counterparts.

Installations with laboratory equipment for diagnosis attracted the attention of the audience. The grossing station was presented at the company's booth, intended for an one specialist work. Modern manufacturing, qualified staff, R&D department - all this allows us to create products of any complexity and optimize ready-made solutions to customer needs. Representatives of medical institutions studied the grossing station with interest and got acquainted with the peculiarities of the metal production of BioVitrum.

 

IT-solutions for laboratory diagnostics

 Specialists of BioVitrum presented their own developments in the IT field: a multi-user macro imaging and grossing solution - ePath and unique telemedicine portal for pathologists – Histoscan.com. The ePath system allows audio and video recording of the lab technician's work and records all data in the patient's electronic card.

Sure step to the East

This year, the guests of the exhibition were prominent politicians of the Asian region. Among them - the Minister of Trade and Industry of Singapore Ko Pho Kun. In his speech to the guests of Medical Fair Asia 2018, the minister noted that the improvement of medical technologies leads to improvement of patient treatment. A good example of this is the company BioVitrum. Our research and production activities are aimed at improving the quality of diagnostics of cancer patients.

Within the framework of Medical Fair Asia 2018, BioVitrum successfully presented its products to foreign colleagues and partners. We received important business contacts, which will certainly help us to develop the Asian market in the future.
