BioVitrum Was the Exhibitor at the Workshop Conference “Current Issues of Musculoskeletal System Morbid Anatomy"
November 13, 2009, Saint-Petersburg: BioVitrum took part in the Workshop Conference Current Issues of Musculoskeletal System Morbid Anatomy that was dedicated to the 80th Anniversary of Morbid Anatomy Department of RNIITO n/a Vreden R.R.
The Conference was organized by the Association of Pathologists of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Region jointly with the Russian Research Institute for Traumatology and Orthopedics of R.R.Vreden under the auspices of the Ministry of Health Care and Social Development of the Russian Federation, and the Committee on Health Care of the Government of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Region.
The participants discussed conventional morphology aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic pathomorphism in patients with musculoskeletal system pathology, exchanged scientific and practical experience.
The scientific program of the event included a report Automation and Standardization in Immunohistochemistry by Alexander Gilyarov, manager of the immunohistochemistry sector, BioVitrum Ltd.
The report included innovating solutions for automation and standardization at all stages of preparing the IGH and ISH species, and examined the principal IGH studies aspects from the world practice. Opinions showed that the topic was of the utmost interest and current concern among the Russian specialists.
At the conference BioVitrum had its own booth where company`s employees consulted the visitors, answered the questions on the integrated equipment and automation of histological examination procedures.
All the participants of the event received promo-materials of the complete range of products, and discussed equipment and consumables delivery issues.
