On 29-30^th of April, 2015 BioVitrum took part in the international conference on pharmacology, biotechnology and medical  devices - PhysTechBio 2015, which took place at the Moscow institute of Physics and Technology.

PhysTechBio is an annual and the biggest event of biopharmaceutical cluster “Severniy”. It is the platform for discussion of science and industry cooperation and introduction of modern Russian research and technology into Health.

Scientific program of the conference included the following sessions:

• Biophysics;
• Development of innovative medicines;
• High-throughput sequencing and genomic data analysis;
• IT in medicine  and medical devices;
• Agrobiotechnology;
• Neuroscience.

On the conference BioVitrum was presented by Staf C. van Cauter (Executive Vice-President Business Development at Trifoil Imaging, USA) with the report “Bringing 3D technology to life”. Trifoil Imaging combines the experience and achievements of GE, Gamma Medica and Bioscan Inc, offering advanced multimodal systems for preclinical studies. The unique technology allows to obtain high-quality results by CT, PET, SPECT, MRT and 3D optical tomography.

On its booth BioVitrum presented the full product portfolio on Molecular and Cell biology – descriptions, purpose and specifications of equipment, reagents and consumables, and also Microscopy and image analysis system.
