The International conference of young scientists «Experimental and Theoretical Biophysics» was held from 2nd to 3rd of November 2015 at the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Biophysics and the Institute of Cell Biophysics, Russian Academy of Sciences.

The conference gathered young scientists, graduate students and researchers in medical and biological physics, physico-chemical biology and physiology fields. The business program of the event considered the most important achievements and results in experimental and theoretical biophysics.

Main scientific areas that were discussed in the meetings:

• Theoretical biophysics and bioinformatics;
• Cell biophysics and intracellular signaling;
• Radiation biophysics, radiobiology and toxicology;
• Biological and artificial membranes;
• Medical biophysics and nanobiotechnologies.
