Service engineers of BioVitrum recieved the 2011 Distributor Service Award for the European division of Sakura Finetek for efficiency and quality of service to clients.  

Once every two years Sakura Finetek awards the best distributor of their European division which covers all countries of Europe, Africa, the Near East and India. The award is given for organization, quality of service, and accurate findings and diagnostics of technical support on Sakura Finetek equipment. The previous two awards went to the service centers of Switzerland (2008) and Italy (2010). 

The 2012 ceremony took place in Madrid on May 23rd. The honourable award was received by BioVitrum engineers on behalf of Oleg Grevtsov, BioVitrum's head engineer. BioVitrum's clients call our technical support the "fastest service reaction". We understand the importance for a client of quality technical support, guarantee and postwarranty service, and the speed of answering inquiries.  We are glad that our diligence in constantly improving our work in this direction has been highly appreciated by our partners. We want to congratulate our service division on a well deserved award!
