The research and practical conference of young scientists “From epidemiology to diagnosis of infectious diseases: approaches, traditions, innovations” took place in Saint-Petersburg from 23 till 25 April, 2014.

BioVitrum appeared for the official sponsor of the scientific event.  The chairman of the conference was  Zhebrun Anatoliy Borisovich, corresponding member of RAMS, MD, professor, director of the Paster Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology. 

Tolmachev Sergey, Head of R&D and Business Development department of BioVitrum, presented to the participants the report on the application of multiplex research based on Luminex for the diagnosis of diarrheal diseases. 

Within the exhibition stand BioVitrum demonstrated the equipment and consumable materials for microbiology, molecular and cell biology.
