Annual international exhibition “Milk and Meat industry” took part in Moscow from17^th till 20^th of March, 2015. Food production specialists from all over the world got to-date and useful information and offers on upgrading and effective equipment and technology for agricultural holdings, dairy and meat industry and farms.

The exhibition was segmented on several sections according to activity directions:

• Livestock and poultry feeding;
• Rearing livestock and poultry;
• Slaughtering and primary processing;
• Dairy production;
• Meat and poultry production.

On the booth BioVitrum presented the full line of equipment and reagents for sanitary quality control in the production microbiological laboratory.

Specialists on microbiology of BioVitrum demonstrated quality and usability of the following  production:

• Сonsumables (Oxoid, United Kingdom):

- Dip-slides for monitoring environmental;

- Nutrient media;

- Atmosphere generation (Gas-generating packages and Anaerobic jar);

- Diagnostic Kits;

- Control strains of microorganisms collection of ATCC

- DILUFLUX AUTOMATED DILUTER and etc.

Also BioVitrum presented Sure Tect Piko Real RT-PCR system for pathogens detection in food less than 22 hours and laboratory balance OHAUS. The participants learnt about laboratory furniture of BioVitrum‘s own production.

Within the framework of the exhibition Milk and Meat forums with leading experts’ participation, seminars and workshops with special farm program were held.
