BioVitrum Organizes Large Uropathology Diagnostics Seminar

On September 2nd a seminar devoted to the problems of morphological diagnostics in uropathology took place with the support of BioVitrum in the pathological anatomy department of Dr. O.K. Hmelnitskogo at the Post-Graduate Medical Academy of St. Petersburg, Russia.

During the seminar there were programs concerning: modern approaches in morphological diagnostics, difficult clinical cases studied by lecturers, and also changes and the basic trends in the international classification were discussed.

Lectures were given by world class experts:

The experts who were present at a seminar gave much attention and highly appreciated the quality and importance of the material presented in the lectures by their foreign colleagues.


It is difficult to overestimate the importance of this type of an event which has collected more than 50 Russian and international pathology specialists. We are proud that we could help organize such a significant event, which is still quite rare in Russian medicine, promoting an exchange of experiences from Russian and foreign experts in such important areas such as morphological diagnostics in uropathology.
