The scientific event brought together specialists of the Far Eastern Federal District. On the seminar were highlighted the latest techniques for cell parameters analysis, visualization and cell preparations manufacturing. At the work shop the participants of the event had an opportunity to get acquainted in practice with the inverted microscope principles, using specialized software to evaluate the cell culture state.

Everyone could personally appreciate the convenience of working on the inverted microscope ECLIPSE Ti, which is the ideal solution for modern imaging studies of living cells.

Cell preparations were examined by the specialized plastic IBIDI for experiments and microscopy. The thickness and properties of plastics allow obtaining unsurpassed quality images by different methods - from the phase contrast to confocal high-end microscopy. It is also recommended for fluorescence microscopy and DIC.

Special attention was given to the pre-clinical studies. There are discussed the compliance of vivariums with international standards and rules of lab animal management. For the participants were demonstrated modern visualization tools for in vivo studies of laboratory animals, including unique 3D-optical tomography.
