On October 17 in the Federal Scientific-Clinical Center of children's hematology, oncology and immunology together with the Russian Ministry of Health a practical seminar took place on the automated methods of IHC diagnostics.

Participants of the seminar gathered in the pathology laboratory where a Ventana BenchMark Ultra Immunostainer was in operation. The training was led by BioVitrum’s IHC specialist Antonina Chernetskyaya and oncomorphology specialist for Roche (Rus), Maria Potapov.

During the event participants were visually convinced of the advantages and features of the immunohistochemical process on Ventana equipment.  Samples brought from their own laboratory were stained, and the participants also became familiarized with the full cycle of work in a pathology lab from the moment of receiving a sample to diagnosis.

At this seminar we managed to unite doctors from different regions of Russia and CIS countries. We thank all for participation and the interest they showed.
