BioVitrum installs bacteriological analyzer for blood cultures VersaTREK, Trek Diagnostic Systems
In the Vreden Research Institute, St. Petersburg, BioVitrum installed the bacteriological analyzer for blood cultures VersaTREK, Trek Diagnostic Systems (UK) to 96 vials. The Automated Bacteriology Analyzer VersaTREK is designed to assess sterility in blood and other body fluid. This unique technology also makes it possible to detect tuberculosis (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and determine susceptibility to first line antibiotics.
