BioVitrum was among the sponsors of All-Russia Research-to-Practice Conference of Pathologists with international attendance devoted to 100-year Anniversary of Prof. P.G. Podzolkov, held on October 20-22, 2008 in Krasnoyarsk at Krasnoyarsk State Medical University named after V.F. Voino-Yasenetsky.

The conference was attended by experts from Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Niigata (Japan), Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Novokuznetsk, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and other cities.

The Anniversary Conference was opened by I.P. Artyukhov, Rector of Krasnoyarsk Medical University, L.V. Kaktursky, Director of Scientific and Research Institute of Human Morphology RAMS, President of Russian Society of Pathologists, V.P. Podzolkov, Deputy Director of Center for Cardiovascular Surgery RAMS.

Andrey Petropavlovsky, Sales Manager, BioVitrum, made a report and presented to the audience the program Accuracy and Effectiveness of Practical Evaluation of Proliferate Activity. The program was developed by Yuriy Krivolapov, Chair of Municipal Healthcare Institution, the Pathology Bureau of Leningrad Oblast, in cooperation with BioVitrum and is distributed among histology and pathomorphology laboratory staff free of charge.

Also, our company had an exhibition booth, where the audience was displayed a Nikon Eclipse E200F microscope. The rest of BioVitrum Ltd. products were announced in promotion materials: leaflets and catalogues.
