BioVitrum took part in the II National Congress on Regenerative Medicine

The II National Congress on Regenerative Medicine was held from 3rd to 5th of December 2015 in Moscow with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

According to statistics, the Congress was attended by over 500 specialists - outstanding scientists, medical professions, representatives of public organizations from 13 countries (Russia, Canada, UK, Sweden, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Brazil, China, USA, Germany, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Abkhazia). Domestic delegates representing 58 cities from 30 regions of the Russian Federation.

           

Regenerative medicine is one of the fastest growing areas of modern medical science, which attract an increasing interest in the professional community.

The main objective of the event was the scientific experience exchange between leading specialists: extensive discussions, presentations of new scientific information and consideration of the clinical and preclinical studies results. In the framework of the meeting were represented domestic and international research institutions achievements, modern techniques and innovative technology.

      

Within three days of intensive program of the Congress were held 22 thematic sessions, with more than 100 presentations and lectures on cell therapy (theory and practice), biomaterials, tissue and cell engineering, molecular interactions, mesenchymal stromal cells, regeneration of organs and tissues, 3D-bioprinting, genetic engineering.

BioVitrum took an active part in such a significant scientific event. On the BioVitrum’s booth was presented the complete product portfolio in Life Science:

  • super-high resolution optical systems: N-STORM, N-SIM and others.

 

           

 

 

 

Also BioVitrum on the booth presented the examples of specialized microscopy plastic Ibidi, surgical instruments for animals research and demonstrated fluorescence imaging system cell ZOETM (Bio-Rad). This system is the best decision to display the cell samples using 3-channel fluorescence and the possibility of further analysis of the images.
