On July 27, 2009 BioVitrum Company is 8! The period is not worth mentioning from the historical point of view, but for us it is the Epoch. BioVitrum started from the group of professionals inspired by the idea to update medical and biological laboratories, and now the Company is one of the major leaders of Russian medical and biological market with the network of branches (Moscow, Astana (Kazakhstan)) and sales representatives in Russian and CIS cities (Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Alma-Aty (Kazakhstan) and with a wide production range.

The main areas of Company's activity are equipment and disposables for histology and cytology, Nikon microscopes, mortuary equipment and disposables, immunohistochemistry reagents and equipment, microscopic glass, laboratory plastics etc.

BioVitrum has been developing rapidly and is recognized as a competent company both in Russia and in the "near abroad." Besides goods produced by BioVitrum, the Company distributes high-quality and competitive foreign products from world leading manufacturers.

In the last few years the Company accomplished several large-scale projects of different medical institutions equipment, such as:

- Integrated mortuary equipping in the Republican Forensic Medical Examination Bureau, Yakutsk

- Integrated equipping of the mortuary and dissecting rooms in Khabarovsk Territorial Clinical Hospital No 1

- Tissue processor Tissue-Tek® VIP® 5 installation in Tambov Regional Postmortem Examination Office

- The first installation of Hygeco equipment in Leningrad Regional Children Clinical Hospital

- In the autumn of 2007 BioVitrum Company installed the first Sakura Tissue-Tek Xpress Continuous Rapid Tissue Processor in Russia, in Irkutsk Clinical Consulting and Diagnostic Center

BioVitrum Company takes part in and sponsors various shows, conferences and seminars. It organizes training seminars and charity events.

At the end of 2008 BioVitrum Company was recognized as the best Sakura's (Japan) distributor in 2008.
